Q: Do I need to login to view the news?
A: No, you don’t
need to login to view the news, but to read the blogs, articles or listen to the podcasts you need to
register for the Base Camp plan. You will need to register for a Base Camp account to view the
enforcement database and guidance notices. With the Base Camp account, you will have access to a certain
number of free notices per month. You can register for free to access free content without having to
input payment details.
Q: Why is there a paywall to read some news
articles?
A: We aggregate news articles from various RSS feeds and a click on a
specific article takes you to the originator website. It is up to the originator to determine whether
they will charge for full article access or not.
Q: Why do I need
subscribe?
A: To access premium content from the enforcement database and
guidance notices, you need to register for either a Summit or Enterprise account here: www.reglex.io/register

A: Reglex has different
pricing options depending on your needs and preferences. You can choose from monthly or annual
subscriptions or purchase compliance templates with a one-off payment. For a limited time, you may also
be eligible for a free trial to test our platform before committing. For more details, please visit our

Q: How secure
is Reglex?
A: Reglex is very secure and reliable. We use the latest encryption
and authentication technologies to protect your data and privacy. We also comply with all relevant laws
and regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality. We do not share your data with any third
parties without your consent.
Q: How can I get started with
Reglex?
A: Getting started with Reglex is easy and fast. You just need to
register with your details including you email address, and you will be sent login details. Then, you
can choose your plan and features, and start using our platform right away. You can also contact us for
any questions or support.
Q: How do I pay?
A: For premium plans
you can pay by using a credit or debit card which uses a secure payment platform called Stripe. Stripe
secures your details and process the payment with us. We do not hold any banking account
details.
Q: Can I pay by Invoice and Bank Transfer?
You may wish
to pay for a subscription by direct bank transfer to Reglex. In this case, please contact the Sales team
who will discuss your requirements and send you an invoice with our banking details. Once the invoice is
paid, Reglex will provision the access. Please do not use the “Start Subscription” button as this is
only for credit card payments.
Q: Are there any restrictions on paid content?
A:
The compliance templates are for end users only. We cannot provide templates to consultancies or
partners who charge clients fees for delivering compliance projects. We need to validate that you are an
end user before we can share the templates.
Q: Can I use a Multiuser
Account?
A: Please note that for multiuser accounts, the system will only accept
your business email address using your corporate domain. Email domains such as gmail.com or hotmail.com
(and similar) are not accepted. You may upgrade such a Base Camp account to multiuser, but you must then
add your work domain to the account before other users with that email domain may be added. This allows
users such as john.doe@acme.com and jane.doe@acme.com to share an account which has acme.com as a
registered domain. Multiple domains may be added so an account could cover multiple geo's such as
acme.com, acme.co.uk, acme.com.sg, acme.com.hk etc and users with respective email addresses could all
be added to the account.
Q: Who is the account Administrator?
A:
The system is also designed such that the user who first registers an account is deemed to be the
Administrator for that account. The admin may then add further users and admins, and upgrade the
subscription data for the account. Additional admins may be added to cater for an admin leaving a
company and so passing on the admin role to other users.

do I get help?
